Tawashi crazy.

I made scrubbies all week last week. I made them in the dark, I made them in the light, I made a lot of scrubbies. Most were acrylic, some were made of kitchen cotton.

I remember this feeling, when I made a bunch of knit and crochet dishcloths a long time ago. I even used a couple of them, and they clean well. I make oatmeal the old-fashioned way, in a pot (you can't really nuke steel cut oats and get a decent breakfast) and normally with a dishcloth you can't get it that clean unless you spend a lot of time on it, and it has to go into the dishwasher anyway , but with a scrubbie it comes off in a minute or so without much work. The best part is the residue rinses off the acrylic instead of sticking in the nooks and crannies, like it would with a steel wool or a dishrag.

I'm sold. You should make some too.

Cute and useful...my kind of knit! If you make them again try using onion bag netting along with the yarn and then you'll have a super duper scrubbie :)
